Insurance Credentialing

Insurance Credentialing is a flat fee of $200 per provider, per insurance contract for commercial insurances. Government insurances are a flat fee of $300 per provider, per insurance contract. If you wish to be in-network with any Medicare HMOs or Medicaid MCOs, there is a separate lower fee of $175 per provider and per payer contract.

Mental Health Medical Billing

Mental Health Medical Billing outsourcing starts at $800 per month. There are never any set up fees unless you are switching from one EMR to another and you need my assistance with the implementation.

Medical Auditing Services

Monthly Revenue Cycle Oversight Retainer: Range from $1,500 to $8,500 per month depending on practice size. Scope Includes: A/R write-off review and monitoring, Insurance issue investigation and claim troubleshooting, Copay and payment accuracy review, Payer mix guidance and strategic consulting, Oversight of billing operations to proactively manage risk. Quarterly Compliance & Claims Self-Audit: Per Audit Cycle Fee: $1,500 Chart and claim review for audit-readiness Written documentation confirming self-audit activity

We specialize in aging A/R recovery! Are you drowning in aging A/R and your in-house billing team needs a "helping hand"? Let us be an extension to your team!
