Melody began her healthcare career working as a pre-authorization specialist for an insurance company in 1998. She worked her way up the professional ladder working various jobs and found her dream job in 2011 where she worked as a contract analyst for Optum. Melody worked for Optum for 11 years and then decided she wanted to work for a greater cause and decided to change careers and work for children on the autism spectrum. She became the Billing Manager for the largest ABA practice in Northern Virginia and Maryland. Melody worked for Little Leaves Behavioral Services for 10 years and then decided to take the plunge with me as I started Helping Hands Billing Solutions and is now my partner on this wonderful adventure!
