Barb attended Lee University where she studied Psychology in 1996-1997. She then entered the healthcare industry as an Insurance Claims Processor for a local third party insurance administrator. Barb worked her way up the professional ladder learning the ins and outs of healthcare administration. She went on to become a subject matter expert in medical billing and Credentialing working for INOVA Health System in Falls Church for 6 years. Barb has been doing mental health and ABA billing for the majority of the last 15 years honing her skills which prepared her for opening Helping Hands Billing Solutions in March 2023. Barb has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the mental health billing business and is ready to put her skills to work for you!
